Delivery Details

Important Delivery Information

1. Express Next Business Day delivery is available for metro areas in Australia.
    For this Express service, please select the "Overnight Express" option at check out.
    This will change from the standard rate to the overnight rate of $19.95.  For outside the
    metro region, country and remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 business days
    for the gift to arrive at the destination. Please note this service is available for our
    entire collection except our 3 tier cakes given the size of the packaging.  Three
    tier cakes are sent with our Road Express Couriers as per table above.
2. Delivery time frame is based on Business Days (i.e Monday to Friday) - our couriers
    do not deliver on weekends or public holidays
3. Standard Delivery time frames above is for metro areas only. Deliveries to country,
    regional or remote areas will take an additional 1-2 business day to arrive.
4. Same day delivery for metro Brisbane is available if order is placed before 12:00pm. For 
    areas outside the metro region, delivery will be next business day
5. For hospital deliveries, please ensure the recipient is still a patient based on the time
    frames above and please check the name that has been registered.
6. If the recipient is not home and therefore a signature cannot be obtained, the courier
    will leave the parcel in a safe place, however if the courier deems it unsafe to leave the
    parcel at the destination, a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange for
    re-delivery, however please note this will delay delivery. For Express deliveries, if a 
    calling card is left, the parcel may be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
7. If you would like special delivery instructions to be advised to the courier, please state
    this in "Special Instructions" section at check out.
8. Please ensure delivery details are correct to avoid delays. If the address provided is
    incorrect and the parcel is required to be re-delivered, a re-delivery fee of $8.99 may
    be incurred.
9. For remote, country and bulky items - additional cost may apply. We will let you know
    if a surcharge applies and will confirm this with you before sending the gift. Also please
    note as there may be limited courier services in remote, country areas, the gift may be
    required to be onforwarded to Australia Post and delivered to the Local Post Office for
    collection.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst every effort and care is made by Baby Gift Box and our reputable courier partners to deliver your gift within the designated time frame, this may not always be possible due to unforseen cirumstances beyond our control (e.g plane delays, weather). If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you asap to let you know of the circumstances. Please note that as we rely heavily on our couriers to fulfill their delivery obligation, late delivery does not constitute non-delivery on our part.

BRISBANE DELIVERIES

For deliveries within the Brisbane Metro area, if your order is placed before 11:00am your gift will be delivered the same afternoon, otherwise it will be delivered the next business day. 

EXPRESS NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERIES

Baby Gift Box now offers Express Next Business Day delivery to Metro areas in Australia.  For this express service, please select the "Overnight Express" option on check out. For areas outside the metro region, country or remote, please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery to the destination. Please note this Air Express service is available for our entire collection except our 3 tier cakes which are sent using our Road Express Couriers.

INTERSTATE DELIVERIES

Baby Gift Box delivers gifts throughout Australia (including Brisbane, Cairns, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart, Launceston, Perth and Darwin) using our Road and Air Express Couriers. The delivery fee is as per the table above. Baby Gift Box can also deliver to country and remote areas, however please add another 1-2 days to the standard delivery timeframe for the gift to arrive.   Additional cost may also apply for remote areas.

OVERSEAS  DELIVERIES

Upon request, Baby Gift Box can arrange for gifts to be delivered to selected overseas destinations.  Please contact us for applicable charges and expected delivery time frames.

MULTIPLE  DELIVERIES

For multiple gift deliveries to the same address, reduced freight charges may apply so please contact us on (07) 3139 1159. We will confirm the freight cost with you prior to sending the gifts.

ORDER TRACKING

Baby Gift Box uses reputable courier companies that provide electronic order tracking. If you have a query regarding a delivery, please contact us and we can follow up the status of your delivery.  Please note the delivery time frame as per above.
