SAME DAY BRISBANE DELIVERY SERVICE
Same day delivery to Metro Brisbane is available if your order is placed before 10:00am. This service is available for Baby Gift Boxes and Nappy Gift Cakes listed in the Same Day Service Category. Brisbane Same Day Service is available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There is no same day service on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

SAME DAY CANBERRA DELIVERY SERVICE
Same day delivery within Canberra is available if your order is placed before 10:00am. This service is available for Baby Gift Boxes and Nappy Gift Cakes listed in the Same Day Service Category. Canberra Same Day Service is available on all week days (Monday through to Friday). There is no same day service on Saturday or Sunday.

EXPRESS NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE
Express Next Business Day delivery is available Australia Wide for major capital cities. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm AEST. Please select Express Service at checkout. This service is available for all our gifts except our large 3 Tier Cakes which can only be sent via Road Express given their size.

DESPATCH CUT OFF: Please note orders placed BEFORE 1:00pm will be despatched to our couriers for delivery to the destinations as per the schedule below, otherwise it will be despatched to our couriers the next business day. Please see below our Standard Road Express & Air Express Delivery Fees. Please note there are no courier services on the weekend. Orders received on Friday after the cut off are despatched on Monday.

Important Delivery Information

1. Express Next Business Day delivery is available for metro areas in Australia.
    For this Express service, please select the "Overnight Express" option at check out.
    This will change from the standard rate to the overnight rate of $19.95.  For outside the
    metro region, country and remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 business days
    for the gift to arrive at the destination. Please note this service is available for our
    entire collection except our 3 tier cakes given the size of the packaging.  Three
    tier cakes are sent with our Road Express Couriers as per table above.
2. Delivery time frame is based on Business Days (i.e Monday to Friday) - our couriers
    do not deliver on weekends or public holidays
3. Standard Delivery time frames above is for metro areas only. Deliveries to country,
    regional or remote areas will take an additional 1-2 business day to arrive.
4. Same day delivery for metro Brisbane and Canberra is available if order is placed before
   10:00am. For areas outside the metro region, delivery will be next business day. Please note
    this service is available only for gifts listed in our Same Day Range. For Brisbane this service
    is availabe Monday - Thursday and for Canberra Monday - Friday.
5. For hospital deliveries, please ensure the recipient is still a patient based on the time
    frames above and please check the name that has been registered.
6. If the recipient is not home and therefore a signature cannot be obtained, the courier
    will leave the parcel in a safe place, however if the courier deems it unsafe to leave the
    parcel at the destination, a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange for
    re-delivery, however please note this will delay delivery. For Express deliveries, if a 
    calling card is left, the parcel may be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
7. If you would like special delivery instructions to be advised to the courier, please state
    this in "Special Instructions" section at check out.
8. Please ensure delivery details are correct to avoid delays. If the address provided is
    incorrect and the parcel is required to be re-delivered, a re-delivery fee of $10 may
    be incurred.
9. For remote, country and bulky items - additional cost may apply. We will let you know
    if a surcharge applies and will confirm this with you before sending the gift. Also please
    note as there may be limited courier services in remote, country areas, the gift may be
    required to be onforwarded to Australia Post and delivered to the Local Post Office for
    collection.
10. Baby Gift Box is closed on National Public Holidays as well as ACT Public Holidays.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We welcome orders from customers overseas for delivery within Australia.  Simply fill in the billing details with your offshore address, however when requested to enter a "State" select "Other".  You can add the State in the Country input field (e.g California US or London UK)

OVERSEAS  DELIVERIES

Upon request, Baby Gift Box can arrange for gifts to be delivered to selected overseas destinations.  Please contact us for applicable charges and expected delivery time frames. Please see below indicative costs and delivery time frames:

NZ: $45 (3-5 busines days express international delivery)
Asia: $55 (3-6 business days express international delivery)
USA: $65 (3-7 busines days express international delivery)
UK: $80 (3-7 busines days express international delivery)

MULTIPLE ORDERS

For multiple orders with different delivery addresses,we ask that you please complete each transaction separately as this will assist with obtaining the necessary billing, delivery and personal messages for each gift box. For multiple orders to the same address, ordering is easy. Simply email us at info@babygiftbox.com.au with your details and we will look after your gifts for you.
